We want you to love your purchase from Boho Bliss. If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@boho-bliss.com.au. We will arrange pickup and shipping at our cost.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or faulty items will be fully refunded or replaced at no cost to you. Please send photos of any damage to contact@boho-bliss.com.au within 48 hours of delivery.

There are no restocking or administration fees for returns or cancellations.
